14th Annual Oil Country Bluegrass Festival

After a two-year hiatus as a result of COVID, Venango CASA (Court-appointed Special Advocates) and the Oil City Arts Council are pleased to announce the return of the very popular Oil Country Bluegrass Festival. Now in its 14th year, the one-day event will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2023, at the Oil City Moose Club #23, located at 541 Halyday Run Road in Oil City, Pa. The doors will open at 11:00 a.m., with the first performance beginning at noon. At least 10 bluegrass bands will be performing and the festival is expected to conclude at 10:30 p.m.
In addition to fine performances, the event will offer two 50/50 raffles; guitar, mandolin and banjo raffles; basket raffles; food onsite; and, a cash bar.
