15th Annual Oil Country Bluegrass Festival
February 24 @ 11:00 am – 10:30 pm EST
The festival will again feature 14 outstanding bluegrass bands that have decided to generously donate their time and considerable talents to benefit those served by CASA of Venango County and the Oil City Arts Council. The bands will perform 40-minute sets of music from 11:15 a.m. until approximately 10:00 or 10:30 p.m. The doors at the Moose Club will open at 10:30a.m.
The festival is open to the public. There is no admission charge for attending the festival, but donations will be greatly appreciated. Other monies raised in support of the non-profit partners will be realized from two 50/50 raffles; a guitar raffle; a mandolin raffle, a banjo raffle, basket raffles; and, the selling of commemorative festival t-shirts. Many energetic CASA and Arts Council Board Members as well as community volunteers will be on hand to help out with the festival.
Numerous tasty food items and drinks will be available for purchase at the festival and there will be a cash bar. However, no outside food or alcohol will allowed to be brought inside. Also, patrons may not bring their own chairs into the Moose Club.

Unless there are cancellations or substitutions, the present band line-up and their scheduled start-up times are: Sweet Clover – 11:15 a.m.; Empty Pockets – 12:00 p.m.; Tug Creek – 12:45 p.m.; East of Enon – 1:30 p.m.; Pine Valley Boys – 2:15 p.m.; Earth Angel – 3:00 p.m.; Barret Brothers & Friends – 3:45 p.m.; Echo Valley – 4:30 p.m.; SouthSide StringKings – 5:15 p.m.; Matt Efaw & RFD – 6:00 p.m.; Keister Family Band – 6:45 p.m.; The Casual Hobos – 7:30 p.m.; Gravel Lick – 8:15 p.m.; and, Long Road Home – 9:10 p.m.
