Framing your work

September 24, 2022 @ 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm EDT

Class participants will meet to learn why framing, matting and wiring is important, and the cost to do so. Judy will include all budgets of framing with examples of many framing techniques.
All artists, photographers and anyone who has bought a print of a piece of art are encouraged to attend.

8 students MAXIMUM. Refreshments served after Q & A at end of class. Refreshments will be served for enjoyment after class.

ARTIST/INSTRUCTOR: Judy Slater
Judy Slater is a professional artist who loves to create in many mediums, including pastels and 3D polymer works. Judy lives and serves in our community, and has done so for over 40 years. She understands the importance of good framing and why it is necessary for every artist to know about this art form.
She owns Slater’s Framing has been framing, matting and wiring artwork for over 25 years.

$25.00 per person . Includes all materials needed. Payment must be made in full at TAGG gallery (Friday and Saturday Noon to 6pm or Sunday Noon to 4pm) First come first serve basis. Non-refundable.
