The Oil City Arts Council is pleased to present its annual Jolly July 3 rd Festival, set for Sunday July 3, 5 – 10pm in Justus Park, downtown Oil City. The family-friendly event provides a festive evening of food, music and fun for all ages along a spectacular view of the Allegheny River. This year’s activities include a kid’s magic show, balloon animals, caricature drawings and mechanical puppet demonstration. The evening is topped off with Fireworks by Pyrotecnico sponsored by the Oil City Firefighters Local 700. Attendees are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket.
