Pipeline Alley Concert: Jeffrey Glover

Join the Oil City Arts Council for an evening of live music in the Victorian Garden of Pipeline Alley!
Jeffrey Glover is a singer & guitar player from Meadville, Pennsylvania who has been performing around NW Pennsylvania & SE Ohio since the 1990’s. Playing a mix of music from The Beatles to Bob Marley both as a solo act as well as with bands such as Hinge, Rebel Music, i&i and The Moses Morgan Band.
