Transit Concert Series: Brooke Surgener

Brooke Surgener is an indie folk/pop singer songwriter with a bright voice that leaves a big impact. The award winning Erie native has been writing and performing since the age of 10. She is also a multi-instrumentalist, creating catchy sounds using instruments ranging from guitar, piano, mandolin, ukulele and banjo.

Best known for her expressive music videos, Brooke is also an award winning cosplayer who likes to tell stories combining her passion of song and well known characters ranging from ‘The little mermaid’ in her cover of ‘Kiss the Girl’, to her original music from songs like ‘Be Your Babe’ as she portrays characters from the well known video game ‘The Legend of Zelda’. The chill folk vibes of the artist’s solo acoustic performance fall nothing short of magnetic and alluring.
